环境方针是公司环境管理的宗旨和方向，包括遵守环境适用法律法规和其他要求、包括持续改进和污染预防的承诺，为制定和评审环境目标提供框架。结合公司实际情况制定环境方针,现给予公布,要求全司员工认真贯彻执行。
      遵守法律法规：遵守国家安全法规与适用的环境保护法律、法规和标准，遵守在最终安全分析报告、环境影响报告中的承诺，严格执行质保大纲和有关技术规范。
      强化污染预防：零伤病、零事故目标，我们认为，一切工伤、职业病以及安全和环境事故的发生都是可以预防的，我们的目标是其发生率为零。零废物、零排放目标，我们将追求在资源利用上的零废物率。原材料将得到循环和再利用以最大限度地减少对其处理量，同时节约资源。在废物的滋生地，废物将被安全、负责地处理掉。我们将力图达到零排放，并把对健康和环境有最大潜在危险的因素做为优先考虑对象。当以往的惯例需要做修正时，我们将负责地加以修正。
      保障产品安全：实施有效的培训和经验反馈，提高全体员工的业务水平、安全文化意识和环保意识。制定严格的流出物内部控制程序与排放标准，加强对周围环境的连续监测，定期对周围环境进行评价，确保零废物、零排放目标，保障公众和环境的安全。
      实现持续发展：识别公司在活动、产品和服务中产生的环境因素与重要环境因素，不断健全并保持环境管理体系，制定具有挑战性的环境管理目标、指标及管理方案，同时加强内部监督，定期进行检查，对实际或潜在的不符合采取措施纠正，保持公司整体环境绩效的持续改进。建立公司信息交流渠道与方式，加强公司内部、公司与外部相关方的交流，如实向上级环保部门和公众公布产品所带来的环境影响，接收外部相关方的信息反馈，共筑持续和谐发展的环境。
